5. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability: BBU Cleaning Services is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
