Welcome to BBU Cleaning LLC’s official website. By accessing our website or utilizing our professional commercial cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

BBU Cleaning provides premium commercial cleaning solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Regular Janitorial Maintenance

  • Deep Cleaning & Sanitation

  • Move-in/Move-out & Suite Prep

  • Post-Construction Cleaning

  • Specialty Commercial Services

All services are subject to availability and formal confirmation. BBU Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.

  • Booking confirmations will be sent once the service date and time are agreed upon.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate service details, including property size and condition.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in price adjustments.

3. Pricing and Financial Terms

  • Pricing is based on property size, condition, type of service, and time required.

  • Final pricing may vary if the condition of the property differs significantly from the information provided at booking.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late or unpaid balances may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Access to Property

Customers must ensure our team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is not provided, a lockout or service fee may apply.

BBU Cleaning LLC. is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe working conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Remove personal valuables and fragile items before service.

  • Secure pets during the cleaning appointment.

  • Inform us of any special instructions or sensitive areas.

BBU Cleaning is not liable for damage to items that are not properly secured or disclosed as fragile.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the affected areas.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Liability

While we take utmost care during service, BBU Cleaning is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper installation of fixtures or surfaces

  • Damage caused by faulty materials

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Health & Safety

We use professional-grade cleaning products. Eco-friendly options may be available upon request. Customers must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before service.

We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose health or safety risks to our team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction where the services were rendered.

11. Changes to Terms

BBU Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
